Do all decks come with FREE black grip?

Yes! We also apply the grip for you. But if you want to do-it-yourself, just let us know in the order notes at checkout.


Are all of the products on your website in stock?

Yes. We run a central, state-of-the-art inventory system. It automatically "talks" to both our online store and bricks-and-mortar shop. If an item is out-of-stock, you can't purchase it. On the rare occasion that an item is not in stock, we'll let you know immediately. And you can cancel your order, choose something else, or wait until it's back in stock. It's your call.

Can I buy a gift card online?

Yes. Just click here to purchase a gift card.

How do I pay with a gift card?

It's easy! You simply select the option to pay with a gift card at checkout and then enter the unique code. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use an ultra-secure payment gateway called STRIPE which accepts payments from most major credit cards. Don't worry, we don't store (or even see) your credit card details.

Can I pay by direct deposit into your bank account?

Sorry, no. If you don't have a credit card, why not grab a Load&Go reloadable VISA prepaid card from the post office?

Can I order over the phone?

Sorry, no. You can only place an order online. It's faster and more secure.

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes. We ship to all States and Territories of Australia. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping in Australia is FREE on orders over $25. 

If your order is $25 or less, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.95.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. Sorry.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

We'll shoot you an email and SMS with a tracking number as soon as it's on its way. Plus, you'll also receive an email and SMS when your parcel is onboard for delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

To ensure you get the fastest possible delivery, we use a combination of carriers including Fastway, CouriersPlease and Australia Post.

NSW: 2-3 business days (Sydney Metro - next business day)

ACT: 2-3 business days

QLD: 2-4 business days

VIC: 2-4 business days

TAS: 3-5 business days

SA: 3-5 business days

WA: 5-9 business days

NT: 5-9 business days

These times are an approximate guide only. Regional and remote areas of some states and territories may take longer.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

All bulky items and orders over $60 require a signature on delivery (unless you give authority to leave the parcel in the order notes at checkout). Why? Because we've been doing this long enough to know that things can and do go missing when left unattended. Don't worry, you'll receive an automated email and SMS to let you know when your order is onboard for delivery. If nobody is home, a calling card will be left by the carrier to arrange a re-delivery or pickup from a depot or post office. Plus, you'll also get an email and SMS letting you know of a failed delivery attempt. If you're never at home, you can always have your order delivered to your place of work.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us to arrange for the product to be returned. We'll cover the shipping and send you the correct item at no extra cost.

I want to order online and pick up instore. How do I arrange that?

It's easy. If your order is over $25, just select "Customer pickup from our Sutherland Store" on the final checkout page. If your order is under $25, there won't be an option to pickup in store. Oh and give us at least and hour to get your order together before you come and pick it up.
