Yes. We run a central, state-of-the-art inventory system. It automatically "talks" to both our online store and bricks-and-mortar shop. If an item is out-of-stock, you can't purchase it. On the rare occasion that an item is not in stock, we'll let you know immediately. And you can cancel your order, choose something else, or wait until it's back in stock. It's your call.

To ensure you get the fastest possible delivery, we use a combination of carriers including Fastway, CouriersPlease and Australia Post.

All bulky items and orders over $60 require a signature on delivery (unless you give authority to leave the parcel in the order notes at checkout). Why? Because we've been doing this long enough to know that things can and do go missing when left unattended. Don't worry, you'll receive an automated email and SMS to let you know when your order is onboard for delivery. If nobody is home, a calling card will be left by the carrier to arrange a re-delivery or pickup from a depot or post office. Plus, you'll also get an email and SMS letting you know of a failed delivery attempt. If you're never at home, you can always have your order delivered to your place of work.
Please contact us to arrange for the product to be returned. We'll cover the shipping and send you the correct item at no extra cost.
It's easy. If your order is over $25, just select "Customer pickup from our Sutherland Store" on the final checkout page. If your order is under $25, there won't be an option to pickup in store. Oh and give us at least and hour to get your order together before you come and pick it up.
