Decks
Decked Out Skateboard Decks are guaranteed for up to 30 days against manufacturers defects. Manufacturers defects include: delamination, off center mounting holes and warpage We do not refund or exchange decks because you have landed incorrectly and snapped the deck. No skateboard is indestructible and any skateboard will break if you push it past it's structural limits.
However if your skateboard has delaminated or broken due to a inadequate gluing there is process for dealing with your complaint.

If the goods are genuinely faulty we will exchange them and refund your postage costs.
Goods are sent back to us at the cost of the customer, however if the warranty is legitimate you will be credited or refunded your postage costs.
Trucks
Due to modern manufacturing methods problems with trucks a rarity.
We do not return or replace trucks which which you have simply pushed past structural limits. No product is unbreakable. Generally from time to time we see things such as unequal axle lengths which occasionally creep through our stringent quality inspection.
We are more than happy to replace these.

Clothing
Change of mind purchases
We do not refund simply because you have changed your mind.
Wrong Size
If your size is incorrect, send it back to us and we will do our best to find you the same product in the correct size. If this is not possible, you may choose from our selection online and pick something for a replacement. If there is balance it will be credited to you account. We do not refund though, you may choose between an exchange or a credit to your account. All goods are returned at the cost of the customer.
